Trabzonspor Club President Ahmet Ağaoğlu and TAB Gıda Senior Manager (CEO) Caner Dikici attended the press conference announcing the sponsorship held at a restaurant in Anadolu Hisarı.
TAB Gıda CEO Caner Dikici stated that they signed an important cooperation agreement with Trabzonspor and continued:
"When we say fast service in Turkey, TAB Gıda comes to mind. It is not only about restaurants. TAB Gıda is one of the largest fast service operators globally, operating more than 2500 restaurants in total, as well as its production facilities. We offer our guests safe ingredients, high-quality, delicious products with the power we derive from a giant ecosystem. At TAB Gıda, we are involved in sports, and our structure always supports sports. We had started with amateur basketball branches before; we maintain a successful sponsorship THY Europe League that we launched last year. With our determination to support these fields, we said, ‘Let's now invest in Turkish sports and football, make our contribution’ and kicked off this campaign with our valuable football clubs. In line with this goal, we developed not a conventional sponsorship agreement but a different sponsorship style that both sides win and grow as the fans support us. This cooperation will continue as a partnership."
Underlining that the sponsorship support is of great importance in Turkish sports, Dikici added: “We set out with the aim of making these models sustainable, not limited to one-time sponsorship agreements. This is a purposeful agreement. Trabzonspor is the team of Turkey, not only a city's sports club. There is a solid fan base with the motto 'Everywhere is Trabzon for us.' Through our more than 1200 restaurants in 70 cities, we aim to reach every Trabzon citizen wherever they live. With our six brands, we anticipate that the collaboration will be conducted easily. Because we are located at accessible points, we anticipate that this will benefit Trabzonspor and us for a long time. We are delighted to be in companionship with Trabzonspor. I hope it will be beneficial for all of us.”
