I asked how they managed the corona period in Turkey to Caner Dikici, Board Member of TFI TAB Food Investments and CEO of TAB Gıda, which operates more than 1300 Burger King restaurants. He stated that they had implemented the applications of "Hang My Order on Doorhandle," "Contactless Delivery," "Safe Package" via " Tıkla Gelsin'" as they did in China: "The products that leave from the restaurants are completely packed. We regularly take our employees’ and couriers’ body temperature before the order is dispatched. We share this information with customers through our information slips.” He also shared information about the group: “We are under the roof of Ata Holding, operating in various sectors in 8 countries on 4 continents. More than 60 thousand people work in our 2,500 restaurants and production facilities worldwide. We operate 4 global and 2 national food brands."
Safe packaging and informing the customer with the "instant body temperature information slip" of the employee who prepares and delivers the order is of great importance in this period.
