TAB Gıda won the "Most Successful Human Resources Application Award" with its HR application "Level Up" at the Retail Sun Awards

Turkey's quick-service restaurant industry leader TAB Gıda was deemed worthy of the "Most Successful Human Resources Application" award with its HR application "Level Up" at the Retail Sun Awards, where individuals and institutions contributing to the development of HR sector are awarded.

TAB Gıda is committed to contributing to the personal and professional development of nearly 25.000 employees in more than 1.200 restaurants across Turkey. With its 'Level Up' HR application, TAB Gıda paves the way for its employees who have left their formal education to be promoted to managerial positions. The program is prepared in cooperation with Turkey's largest distance education platform Anadolu University Open Education Faculty. Employees who complete the program consisting of 5 different modules can be promoted to management by receiving their certificates.
