Ertuğrul Kurdoğlu with his two sons co-founded Ata Group, the founding company of TFI. During a successful business career spanning over 50 years, Mr. Kurdoğlu made many dreams come true, including completing the Atatürk Dam, the 5th largest dam in the world, and many other projects in finance, technology, food, logistics, real estate development, manufacturing of building materials, fashion, tourism and foreign trade sectors.

Aside from his esteemed reputation in business, Ertuğrul Kurdoğlu contributed to the lives of millions. He used to summarize his secret of success by these words:
